Why you should really be motivated to vote in this election

It's the topic that I've heard surprisingly little about, but is potentially the most affected by this election: Supreme Court Justice nomination.  Whichever candidate is elected president will likely make the most profound impact with three potential nominations, who would replace liberal leaning justices.  Read more here.  The economy, health care, the war are all major issues in the long-term scheme of things, but might not change drastically in the next 4 years; if McCain were elected, and a single liberal justice were replaced that would start a shift in the balance of power that is very dangerous.  Inform yourself . . . and vote; my protection of basic rights as a woman is largely impacted here and that is why I am voting for Barack Obama tomorrow morning.
