confirmed

The rumors surrounding the comeback of a certain yellow jersey wearing Texan are true.  I have two hopes for all of this:
1- That he sticks with the initial rumors I was hearing of him being openly tested and racing clean.
2- That he can actually kick some ass and win.  Please prove the French cycling world wrong.  Please.
