bleak thursday?

So let me get this straight . . . those people who think the government has too much control in this country and favor big corporations along with privatization of nearly, well, everything and beg for a free market, unregulated, are now also begging the Fed to step in and help out our country's disastrous auto industry.  This in addition to the mortgage industry bailouts, not to mention the fact that the government is now in the insurance business, that have already happened and I'm sure are yet to come?  This sure sounds like an independent privatized economy at its best . . . maybe W was right about one thing (just the wrong application), we should just stay the course.
